Spec support

The simulator runs damage specs only. Healing and tanking specs are not simulated yet.

The simulator is only worth as much as its numbers. A nightly job is built to sim the top 50 parses for each of the 20 damage specs it covers and publish the gap here, whatever it is. No real parses exist yet, so every damage spec below still reads "Not yet". The other 8 specs, healers and tanks, are not simulated yet.
