Asking for a refund
Email help@foreversixty.gg from the account the subscription is on and we will sort it out.
What happens to your subscription
When a refund is approved, the owner cancels the subscription in the same action as issuing the refund — access ends at that point, not automatically the instant the refund is issued, since the two happen together. This is not an automated instant cutoff; it is a short manual step the owner takes personally.
Partial-period refunds
A subscription is paid up front for its period. Cancelling stops the renewal and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for; we do not refund part of a period. If something went wrong on our side — you were charged twice, or paid for something that did not work — email us and we will put it right.
Who processes the refund
Commish LLC, the Arkansas company that operates Forever Sixty, issues the refund through Stripe to the card you paid with. Stripe’s own timing applies from there, usually five to ten business days.
