What is collected

Your Battle.net sign-in identity; an email address if you sign in with an email link instead; combat logs and addon exports you upload; and, if you subscribe, a Stripe Customer id. We never collect, see, or store your card number, its expiry, or your CVC — Stripe holds all of that directly.

How Battle.net data is used

Anything sourced from Blizzard’s Developer API is kept for at most thirty days, per Blizzard’s own Developer API Terms of Use, and is never sold or placed behind a paywall.

Stripe

Stripe is our payment processor. Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe; see Stripe’s own privacy policy for what Stripe itself collects during that process.

Log coach

When a Premium player or an officer opens a coach review, one fight's numbers — spec, class, role, boss, raid size, kill or wipe, duration, level and the spells cast — are sent through the Vercel AI Gateway, which keeps nothing, to DeepSeek, which writes the review. It carries no character name, account, guild, realm or Battle.net data. What DeepSeek keeps, and whether it trains on it, is set by its Open Platform terms and privacy policy, and we do not control that. If the model is switched off, reviews fall back to the log-only text. Anonymising your account in its settings does not turn this off: a review is written when you, one of your guild's officers or a site moderator opens it, and anonymising stops only the moderator.

Cookies

fs_session and fs_csrf are functional cookies only — they keep you signed in and protect state-changing requests. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, consistent with this site never running ads, for anyone, ever.

Data retention

Uploaded combat logs, the reports parsed from them, saved sims and the ratings derived from them are kept until you delete them or your account; the rankings and a character’s history are built from that record and would be wrong without it. Session rows expire with the session. If a storage limit ever becomes necessary it will be announced on the changelog with dates before anything is removed.

Who is responsible

Forever Sixty is operated by Commish LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, which is the party responsible for the data described on this page. Mail reaches it at Commish LLC, c/o Northwest Registered Agent, LLC, 701 South St., STE 100, Mountain Home, AR 72653, United States.

Requests and contact

To see, export, correct or delete what the site holds about you, email help@foreversixty.gg from the address or Battle.net account the request is about. You get an answer within thirty days, and usually much sooner. Those rights are yours wherever you live; the site runs no advertising, sells no data and builds no profiles, so there is nothing to opt out of beyond deleting your account.
